When you feel off-balance, ask yourself if what you are feeling is yours or someone else?

From an energetic perspective. Thank you, Madyson, for bringing to my attention the ‘energy’ of Shame’, ‘Guilt’, ‘Grief’, ‘Self-Deprecation’, ‘Judgment of Self or Others’, etc.; these seemingly amorphous feelings actually have substance in the energetic world….They exist; they have long-geivity and affect us as long as we or others hold them. They may lodge in our bodies and cause I’m-balance or dis-ease; they color and affect our relationships; they alter the way we see and interact with the world. They are real, substantive and powerful.
They need to be recognized, processed and resolved!
When you feel off-balance, ask yourself if what you are feeling is yours or someone else?
If it is yours, own it, feel it, process and resolve it as best you….Take the time you need to do this, so it will not continue to color and effect life around you.
If it is not yours, note that and shield yourself from it; you don’t need someone else emotional baggage. Ask that it be sent back its rightful owner, wrapped in light and moved on to its next, highest, light and loved-filled level of manifestation.
Don’t ‘drag the weight of the past’ with you as you proceed into a new day……………
